In the case of maintainance u/s 125 , i got recorded my statement and was cross-examined by the lawyer of the opposition party . The judge asked me to get filed the papers and documents shown during cross examination. My wife has already got recorded her statement and cross - exmined by my lawyer. I want to ask you dear experts what will be the next stage in this case in order to get decision of the court.
