What will happen if I send the my problem to a judge?

What will happen if I send the my problem to a judge? instead of hiring a lawyer or having it filed in the court, if i directly send my narration of my sufferings by mail to the judges residence or court room, what will the judge do?

Unless you file your lawsuit how will that help? Even if you do file your lawsuit and mail a letter to the judge, he or she will most likely ignore it. Why not spell out your problem here? I'm not knowledgeable about the laws but somebody here might have good advice for you. We have to deal with our problems, unless we face them how can anybody help us.

If we seek help, there's a chance somebody will laugh at us. There are problems which can be sorted out with a lawsuit and there are those which will just create a lot of pain, expense and hassle but won't get you any compensation.
If you want a solution, you have to define your problem in such a way that a lawyer can help you with their knowledge of existing laws.

i think indian citizens have the option of directly filing a complaint with the judge in court.then the judge gives order for the appointment of a lawyer from legal aid centre....

u may also represent the case urself, without hiring a lawyer...in that case filing complaint urself directly in court will help...

better still wait for a lawyer's advice to ur query..

Yes you can file a complaiant or civil suit directly but it requires assistance by an advocate because of legal problems and procedures.

You cannot write a letter directly to the judge and it wont be considered as complaint or case.  Procedure has to follow.

He would ignore it or, forward to legal aid committee.

Anything can happen.

There is no explicit directive for judge as to how to react to any mail comming in their name which does not relate to their scope of work or powers to take congnizance of.

Such facility is also provided by government but not at judges

there are helplines as police, fire brigade where they are given powers to take cognizance of any information sent to them.
