When intercourse with wife becomes rape?

Page no : 2

(Guest)

the legal system should be equal for all- man, woman and third gender. S*X is the basic of marriage and legaly NO WOMAN can deny her husband, unless there is some medical questions. If women get power to reject man s*xual wishes the he SHOULD  be free to seek professional service. again there are laws to deprive men.

Liberal,

If wife is forced to have s** and according to you it is rape then what abt wife forcing husband to have s** , dont you term that as rape on husband ?

First you go and fight the legal system to make it gender neutral and then make comments. Deprive the witch powers given to females in the leagal system which is posing a major threat to human mankind in this country. There is no one confused here as you mentioned earlier. There is a species which god created that is more confused than anything else. Because of which there are wars, battles in the ancient times and now with frivolous cases in the name of 498a in 20 th century. Not sure what will happen in the next century , if mankind still exists even beyond this !!!

 Women ccannot commit this offence u/s 376 IPC these are the basics and almost no country of this world recognise the so called reverse offence

@Ms. Liberal

Pls try to think out of box.

If you could appreciate the meaning and definition of Rape, then you woudl understand that a woman too can commit rape. The penetration is important but the object is irrelevant. If you know the history of rape, then mostly it was done in ancient times to leave the man of the raped girl to live in agony throughout life. It was a mental attack on the brother, father and husband of the raped woman than the physical assault on the woman herself. Similarly if a woman with intent totake revenge forecefully inserts any object and penetrate wouldn't that constitute rape??

Your views are purely feminine and you are blind folded on this aspect and I do not expect a neutral view from you any more.

The day s*x after marriage is also formally declared rape at the option of wife, marriages would NOT happen at all. When this law does not exist, the women do not leave any stone unturned and file all false and frivuluous 498a and DV cases, this would be added armour as like "promise of marriage" cases to unmarried women.

ARE WE LEADING TO A TROUBLE FREE FUTURE OR WE ARE PRAYING AND BEGGING TO WRECK HAVOC IN THE SOCIETY?

A girl could never be forced to have s*x even before marriage. If she has s*x with any guy multiple times or with the one she is in deep love or is married, such are only consensual cases and it happens because woman also desired it (exclude exceptions of forceful encounters or gangrapes)..

@Ms Liberal

1) First, read his query carefully. He is refering to a law which identifies consensual s*x as rape & not the other way around.

2) His query is technical one and not the moral or ethical.

3) There is something called "discussion in a context".

4) You are fighting with a messenger rather than fighting with the legal system.

5)  If you really want to raise an issue, start a new thread.

Ravi Trivedi

This discussion is not going right track. Better to stop here.

I agree with Mr. Ravi Trivedi & Mr. Thankachan.

I request all members to confine their opinions to legally relevant points only. Otherwise plz don't start a war of words.
