When to file tax evasion petition

My Father in law has lodged false 498a case against me. Before CAW, he is claiming huge expenses in marriage. I want to file TEP against him. Can I file TEP against him based on his statement in CAW or should I wait till FIR is filed on the basis of his complaint. If I file TEP now, can he backtrack on the expenses ?

yes you can file, if your FIL mention in complaint about the huge expenses.get certified copy by RTI & file TEP.

See before taking a attack position in war of family roses always do advantages and disadvantages study with limited info. that you already have in hand. Never get carried away with 'dream strategy" which worked in some once else case should also work in yours kar key!

The lure that makes one carried away with TEP:

- It will go against the Dowry givers as it will expose their false allegations and I will come out of false case immediately.

- I can give them umpteen sleepless nites royally with this "Legal Cruelty" tool now that I know A 2 Z of TEP.

- I am confident and can handle without legal aid means I know about it all now I donot need any gurus help other than knowing when to file it !.

- I can fire numerous RTI's based on the opponents’ profile that I knew on my first night and fast track the TEP investigation irrespective that sweetie left me next morning!

The sleeplessness work that follows for you too with shooting TEP:

- See a TEP will not work when less amount is claimed as dowry by sweeties parents.

- One should be prepared to cope up with time delay for RTI replies from various Govt. Departments & Information Ccommissions response during Appeals.

- If you misfire TEP to wrong Ward at ITO the exact Government machinery may not work with expected efficiency.

- Remember this strategy of firing .12 bore TEP bullet is a very indirect method of attacking the opponents.

However the best time to file TEP is when you in your right senses see that they are about to get okayed stridhan proceedings (means no bills submitted yet over talked about ki yeh bhi diya tha - woh bhi diya tha aur yehi nahi puri colony walo ko bhi diya thi hamney ji aab apko aur kya kya batay). How? When they speak too much about stridhan at CAW cell or before Police Station or FIR has been filed based on it then say the time has come to prove your innocence by launching TEP RTI and diligently follow it up.
