My proposed company name recently got approved, now I'm told to get some documents franked and notarized. My question here is where do I get my documents franked and notarized from and how much would I have to pay as stamp duty?
I 'm located in Mumbai and would appreciate if someone can refer or guide me how to get in done in Fort or Churchgate area.

Hi U need to get the documents franked first without signing. I know that cosmos bank does franking. u need to take the document w/o signing pay the fees after filling due form and they will frank the document for u. (It is like submitting the docu on a stamp paper of the same denomination). Once the doc is franked u need to take this to a notary where u sign in front of them. Notaries are present in the courts or u can chk up justdial services. e.g in Fort area u can try Wadia Gandhy & Co M.G. Road, Fort , Mumbai 400001 Phone No.022-22670749
