So matter is subjudice now. What is to be done to recover my money? Some owners had formed "Prakriti Plot Owners Welfare Association" in Hyderbad which got Registered on Dec. 1995, having an office address at :3-6-72,Sai Gopal Apartments,(Near Skyline Theatre); Baseerbagh, Hyderabad- but there has been no responses from them on furtherance of the case. It has been reported that the project land  has been resold to one Sri Sri Developers who has renamed the project as "Rich Valley" who has been reselling the plots again. So another scam has been/is being carried out. If you can help with getting these addresses and contacts, then it would be very useful. Anyway thank you very much for the information provided by you.

Hi Sanjib. The allegations on Prakriti, Sri Sri and Rich Valley has been recorded in the Calcutta HC order. And if the criminal complaint is pending ever since 2011, it means the co-called Prakriti Plot Owners 'Welfare Association' is sleeping and not doing much for owners' welfare [it took me less than an hour to collate that information without any previous knowledge; how long should it have taken a serious association of owners?].

The Supreme Court case status [link in my previous post] has the name of the Advocate representing the Special Leave Petitioners (original Calcutta complainants presumably) Victor Moses & Associates; why don't you consider getting in touch with them;if I understand anything about fraud victims, they are more than happy to find more victims like them to strengthen their own case! [Disclaimer: I am in no manner whatsoever associated with the complaiants or the law firm Victor Moses & Associates]. Or maybe locate a local Kolkata lawyer who can trace their details from the Complaint case [case no. given in Calcutta High Court order] and join as a complainant [but that is on criminal procedure and I'm not the best person to guide anyone on CrPC].
