Whether one can approach delhi high court for relief?

If FIR is lodged against the groom in Bihar u/s 498-A by his married wife and the Groom is the permanent resident of Delhi and his place of work is also delhi and all of his family members are residing in Delhi
Can Groom or his family members can approach to Delhi High Court for providing anticipatory bail or stay on his arrest?

Out of jurisdiction courts give only short term relief. Even a JMFC can grant stay of arrest so that you can appear in the proper court for regular bail.

You have two options-

1) Move the sessions court for AB where FIR if filed.

2) File a transfer peition in SC and seek stay of arrest.

Take proper legal guidance.
