Which address to use for buying propery

I’m working in a private firm and want to buy a 3 BHK duplex and wish to take home loan for that.

Right now I’m staying in a rented house. Because of some dispute between me and my father, I’m not staying at my father’s home. My father doesn’t want me to stay in his house. It’s been more than one year I’m staying in rented house. I’m staying in a rented house in the same city my father is staying. I have notarized rent agreement as address proof. I have telephone bill mentioning address of my rented house. I have driving license mentioning address of my father’s house.

Question: Which address should I use when creating document (Dastavej) and applying home loan to Bank when buying home. Can I use my father’s home address? If I use my rented house’s address, is it necessary to mentioned permanent address of my father’s home. Or should I only mention my current address?

You may use your current address of the rented house as your address. Later on you can always notify the bank whenever you change your residence.

If you mention your father's address and the bank sends some correspondence to that address and you don't receive the same due to your dispute then you will suffer due to this.

Hence please mention your current address(rented).
