I would like to know about the labour laws applicable to the staff of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India or Institute of Company secretary Of India. I have put the questions specifically as follows:
1. Whether registration is compulsory under Bombay Shops and establishment act,1948?
2. Which labour law is applicable for the working staff in such type of institutions?
