Who can attend agm of co-operative society

A member can attend any General Meeting. Under Section 27(a) one of the associate members can attend the GM and vote.  The priority among Associate Members is decided by the order in which his name appears in the share certificate. A member (senior citizen or otherwise) can admit one or more of his family members as associate memebrs. An associate member does not necessarily acquire any beneficial interest of the respective member in the capital and property of the Society.

A member or associate member attending a GM can vote at the GM.
