Who can be husband relatives in 498a case?

Dear Sir,

In the 498A case it is mentioned that charges can be on relatives of husband of the women. Who can be relatives in 498A  ?  Is girl can put rope on chachera sasur ( cousin Father in Law) Chachera bhasur(cousin elder brother) ?  Actually all accused are not the part of the familly . All are saparated familly since last 50 years .

 A man's negligence to provide a comfortable life to his newly married wife and failure to save her from ill-treatment by the in-laws can be an offence under section 498 A of the IPC. Whosoever is responsible for the conflict under this section is responsible to answer to the court of  law.

This is a deadly weapon in the hands of avenging married women,especially one who wants to revenge on her husband or in laws over trivial or even sundry day to day issue  or some ego clashes.  Therefore it depends on the mentality of the revenge seeking woman to include which relative of her husband in the complaint.
