Today in supreme court my case listed on cause list.25-4-2022.my case listed serial number 36.but after finshing of case serial no 35 suddenly dashboard show case no 41..after some time i saw in case status...it shows motion hearing ..after notice( civil cases) list on NMD DAY (ANY)..what happened to my case..why it transferred to NMD DAY without hearing...??pls clarify me sirs...am very worried ..pls help me lawyer sirs....am waiting for your kind reply....pls ..
