Unfortunately there is no such type of provision in our law is there.
Such type of crimes and financial embezzlement is not considered a serious crime in India unlike in other advanced countries, where punishment is even 100yrs of imprisonment.

What is the meaning of Crimes Against Humanity within the meaning of Rome Statues? Does the meaning confined only to guns and bombs and nuclear weapon?

Practically "Crimes Against Hummanity" mean crimes against those have power to decide whether it is "Crimes Against Hummanity". Others who are dependent on them should forget it. Practically, law is only for the powerful and ultra rich. Thousands of years ago Aristotle said a universal truth: "Might is Right" It is true even today, it is always bound to be true for ever. It is for the people to decide how much "might" they want to keep with themselves and how much they want to delegate to those in power. In India we have delegated too much power(might) to the executive and also gave them Constitutional protection.
I agree killing of people by doing nothing and starving them is nothing but crime against humanity. It is highly irresponsible and insensitve statements by SMS and also some other politicians. Only difference is that starving millions to death is silent, it does not make news headlines. It is a bigger crime than any bullet or bomb of terrorist can do. I believe such corruption is bigger danger than terrorism.
