Why not DNA test for mr nd tiwary. a few days back a similar case was happend with a good ending at assam. one minister rejected the charge of a maidservent of him that her child's biological father is that minister. but after DNA test the said person compelled to accept the charge and also accept the newly born baby with it's mother. but in the meantime he lost his ministership.
