Wife

WITH REF TO EARLIER POSTS, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW ONE THING THAT IF I FILE RCR AGAINST MY WIFE AND DURING THE CONTEST ITS OBVIOUS THAT MY WIFE WILL MAKE FALSE ALLEGATIONS AGAINST MY OLD AGED WIDOW MOTHER SO THAT SHE DOESNT NEED TO STAY WITH HER.

DOES MY WIFE OR THE COURT (JUDGE) CAN FORCE ME BY LAW TO LEAVE MY OLD AGED WIDOW MOTHER AND STAY WITH MY WIFE. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE MY MOTHER IN ANY CASE. I DONT WANT TO LEAVE MY WIFE ALSO. BUT WHEN MY WIFE IS FORCING TO GO FOR THE OPTION OF EITHER MOTHER OR WIFE THEN I WILL  STAY WITH MY MOTHER AND HAVE TO LEAVE MY WIFE EVEN I KNOW THAT MY MOTHERS DAYS ARE NUMBERED AND IN HER ABSENCE MOST LIKELY I HAVE TO STAY ALONE IN MY LIFE WHICH I`M PREPARING FOR.

PLEASE ADVICE.

Court will not ask you to leave your mother and join your wife as per her wish.  Right of the wife subdues before the son's duty towards his mother and further more its the duty of the dauther in law to look after the husband's mother.
