Wife earns more ,l et her pay child support

1. Why do you need a HC judgment when Hon'ble SC has already said so (child maintenance is coextensive shared between both parents taking into account their respective income earning capacities) in Re.: Padmaja Sharma Vs. Ratan Law Sharma, [(2000) 4 SCC 266; AIR 2000 SC 1398]

2. What Hon'ble K'taka HC has done in mentioned news posting is following above Hon'ble SC Law in spirit. 

Sir u r correct . but i need as my writ regarding the same is tp be decided in in nxt hearing at allahabad HC . For arguements and to present my side effectively i need it.
