2. Concerning askign more than 5 K - think in this way - how come inspite of having a wife your friend is able to afford another females "demands" be it as in live-in ! Same way legitimate wife has "rights" to seek such reliefs - it is other way if she gets it or not ? Understood. So let us not reinvent the third wheel again means change our wrongs into rights
3. Beg, borrow and or donate kidney but look after a wife is the current mantra. Even create chota ghar and bada ghar and maintain two women in life but donot ask all reliefs as per once liking in current family law vis-a-vis Judicial wisdom scenarios. Can't follow these, then simply 'enjoy life" and let Court take its own sweet time to decide family matters and meanwhile donot get too much involved into litigation. Siply take few necessary corrective steps such as injunction application followed by living a life with live-in as so-called 'debit man' are some of the solutions which are temporary and no one can give your friend 'final judgment' lke a syrup at this stage.

Well, ask your friend to kick this live-in partner and the money he is spending on this live-in can always be saved in a FD for MCD but who cares / who wants to leave the temptation of fruit of life's garden in kalayuga hai na.........so relax and donot question so much whose answers even your friend does not have in Legal logical way.
