Wife filed rcr, but does not want to join

for jurisdiction part the at the time of arguments your lawyer has to show the evidence of proof and can make dismiss it and make represent again 

and about maintenance the court will grant after the arguments and if the rcr is granted you have to leave you parents and stay separetly but if your lawyer presents correctly then there is no problem

but i could not under stand what evidence you have 

Further she & her mother cliams that she is virgin even after she says 2-3 times intercourse and demands to be separate from mother & sister and i have video evidence for the same.

In your case you have one thing positive i.e she is admitting that she has not cohabbited with you.I dont know why your lawyer has not highlighted this point in trial and infront of judge.Anyways change your lawyer higher a specialist lawyer.If you have evidence of accepting her that she is still virgin after due course of marriage then your chances of divorce is much more.

1. If RCR is proceeding then make this virginity point against her that she has not allowed you to cohabbit with you as you are deprived of s*x.Dont loose RCR.

2. Make you divorce hearing faster on the basis of mental cruelity and fraudulent of her statements.

3. Get rid off this wicked lady as fast as you can bcz this lady is vampire she will lead you to hell.

4. No court can grant to have cohabbitation against two couples.Thats why here maintenanace has been made by law.

5. Be ready to make FD and pay interest from it as maintenance to her.

You will come out of this if your lawyer is faithfull and positive with good arguement strenth.

One of the District court denied the maintenance to a SSC (10th Class) Women in 2012 saying that she can maintain with Her Qualification, Can i produce / aruge with this order in the district where my cases are running ?

The judge is saying i should not talk since i appointed lawyer ? it that true ?

My wife filed Crpc 125 and Interiam Maintenance in Sep 2012 and now i have certificate from the organization where she worked during June  2012 to Apr 2013, can any one tell me how can i fight basing on this... i have aruguments on these cases tomorrow.
