Hi,
I was married for a month and my wife left me after one month of marriage. Its been more than 1 year since we had spoken or met each other and recently i had filed RCR petition in Family Court. My wife had filed a divorce case under grounds of cruelty in reply. I have now found out that she has left for U.K to pursue higher studies giving power to her father to appear on her behalf. In her legal notices she had alleged that her passport was with me. I am sure that she had filed a police complaint stating that she had lost her passport and obtained a duplicate passport.
Kindly advice as to what i can do now.
