Hi All,
I have a DV and 498a cases against me by my lovely wife.
Before the cases were registered she withdrew all the money from our joint home loan account and transferred to her personal account.
Because of this withdrawl tenure of Loan has also increased.
What legal remedies i have to get back this money...can i ask court to tell her to deposit the said amount in court til the litigations are pending.
She has not shown this money in any of her DV or 498a applications.
Kindly suggest legal remedied available for me.
