Wife not willing to have sex

The querist @ Ravi SK has posted that:

"wife Not willing to have s*x. this has been for last 3 years. The  reason is as I don't want kids due to medical reasons hence she is rejecting with that cause. '

So,It is not the wife but the husband that does not want to have children from coitus with wife , in married life.

Querist @ Ravi SK has posted the reason also.

It might be possible to talk it out and resolve and let it not linger to point of 'No return'.

The court will order long periods of reconcilliation in these cases.

Do not worry over her counter, because it is irrelevant and will not be accepted by the court. You have to apply under mental cruelty. If you apply under any other cause you will lose. 

To bolster the case, apply to a s*x counselor/marriage counselor, and mention in your affidavit that she refused to meet. This shows that you were willing to set things right but she failed to uphold the relationship.

Do not waste time on anyone who holds you to ransom. Get them out of your life instead of living a miserable existence. Next time you begin a relationship, make it very clear to her that you wish to remain childless.
