I filed divorce from my city on Apr 2014 and wife file RCR, DVC and 498a from her home town. I got stay on all the cases and pending in HC for Vacate. Now she has filed counter in Divorce case which is running in my city.
In today's hearing in her RCR my advocate updated me that RCR got exparte due to my absence and next hearing date is exparte evidence. Please advice me on the below quries..
1. RCR stay is pending in HC and still her advocate is running the case and got exparte orders. Will this constitute and mean "Interference with due cource of justice" and what are the options left to challenge her RCR after exparte orders?
2. How will her RCR affect my divorce case if she gets exparte orders?
