If it is your self acquired property, then no one has the right to ask you.

No. She cannot.

What do you intend to communicate with hypothetical and fake facts as you have posted stating,

"Suppose if I sell my self occupied single name house without my wife consent. Can she claim after my property is sold to someone..."

It implies it is fabricated and unrealist story, which may be put up before your tutor / caoch / guide / professor if you want to improve your legal knowledge.

One who is sole owner or has self acquired property has right to sell or transfer such property to anyone he need not to obtain consent of any one who may be his wife, mother or other relatives .
