A girl got married to a man. Out of the said wedlock a child was born. After 3 years the man expired. Girl got married to younger brother of the man with the consent of boy's and girl's family. Whether the girl could ask her right and that of her son in the joint property as being widow of her first husband while second marriage still subsits.

No. she has remarried now. So she cannot inherit as a widow of her deceased husband. However the son's share in the joint family property shall remain intact and he shall inherit his father's share.
