Dear Experts
Need Urgent help.
Wife registered 498a - FIR,DV maintenance. Husband filed Divorce case. Meanwhile wife entered husband's house and took passport and important Documents.
How to get back passport and other Certificates from her. She is still husband's house (she is alone)
Please help me urgently :( without passport i cannot go to USA planned for sometime later this year.

File a police complaint and also file a civil suit for recovery of documents.

Thank you sir.
We forced police to lodge a theft case. But police lodged Missing case only and they got pressure from my wife's side(politically).
Will it possible to file a theft case through court sir? or Is any other case to get back by all documents from her thru court as quickly as possible?
