Will by a born muslim

What is the  validity of a Will executed by a  person stating that although he is born as a muslim he does not follow any religion whasoever and executes a Will which is not valid according to Muslim personal law?

By his saying to be atheist, he can not disown the personal law applicable to him and his relatives and he can not disinherit his legal heirs.

Thanks a lot, Sir,  But it seems there is no room for the  aetheists, in  the law of our land.The stamp of religion sticks to you by compulsion

No sir, there is always unlimited scope for an atheist so for right to belief and expression etc are conserned. but there can neither  be separate law for him nor he can make his own law afecting rights of others.
