1.DV filed by wife 1.5 yrs back but awaiting summons till date.
2.in 125 +rcr in fly court, she in her cross denied any DV filled .
3.she also refused to cohabit with husband at his ancestral house in a village but instead had barged in a flat once owned by husband then gifted by him to his own mother before filing of cases by her.
4. the flat is now sold off to third party at cheap price.
5. wife still in that flat, now she has recently filed a n.c . in local p.s. of life threat and abuse by some goons sent by me which is false.
6. i stay 50 km away from that place, interim denied as of now as i expressed desire to co habit. this aggrieved them more.
7.now a divorce filed by me grants her 2k as interim hma sec 24
8.question here:- will nc filed by her would revieve DV as she accepted no domestic relation since 2 yrs
9. divorce filed on desertion and mental cruelties.
