i go married in april 2008, she went to her home within that week for exams and never came back again, no response from their parents, when i went to their house i was abused by them. after 3 months i went with a complaint to our community court (latin community) for divorce, but the next day after hearing she went to vanita commisnor and complaint for dowry case and harrasement case against me and my parents, and also gone for domestic voilence against me and my parents to magistrate court & divorce case against me. befor the date of case in magistrate court she demanded gold which i had buyed for her. i said that i can give her the gold,but she should withdraw all the cases against me and will go for mutual divorce, she agreed and we prepared a document for that with notary and given her gold and she withdrawed all cases against me, but for mutual divorce we have to wait for 2 years, so my advocate told that one of the either will give a divorce petition and other will not appear and will go for x-party.
But when we filed a divorce petition for divorce on 09-02-2009 they appeared and asked me to withdraw and after two year will go for mutual divorce, but my advocate told me to ask them to sign for mutual divorce without withdrawing the case, after filing the mutual petition the other case will be automatically closed and withdrawed. Now the case is running, both of our evidence is closed, they had produced two doctor certificates
1. from the near by hospital that she is admitted their (writted she is feared)
2. from a cycatrist that i am doubting her.
befor i given the divorce petition to latin community, we went to a cycatrist doctor that she might be living with me, the doctor asked her and to me about the life, i said she is not giing me any type of marriage relations, doctor asked me sleep with her but she never want to live with me. i said to the doctor about this. but not demanded any certificates
one priest 27 years age (2008 become priest) recently visit her and her house, when she was at her home priest visit her house often. when i was in her house, both of them will be coming and when she see me in her house she quarells with me and say abuse words and asks me to get out of her house.
Now she is bringing her mothers father as witness against me that she is fainted and given poison by me.
