Will in favour of only daughter

A person(81) having ancestoral property of zamindari and other precious property .Person have two more brothers and brothers have their grown up and married children.person in question have only one married daughter living with him.Should person need to execute will in favour of his only daughter.

it is not necessary to  execute will in favour of his only daughter, as his daughter became the owner after the death of person in question, as per respective succession act

The facts posted lacks clarity. It is impossible that there could be any Zamindari property at present.

Zamindari was earlier,still many properties are held in the name of person in question.
