Will or trust will be suitable in this case?

A wish to make a will worth 5 Crores in favor of his grand son aged abot 12 years. There are some views that Trust Deed would be better rather than Will. Kindly expound which of the two will be better?.

He can used both, that is create a trust in the will itself, by appointing one or two trustee in the will itself, to look after the proeprty till the child attain the age of majority.

Thanks, is it possible to appoint executor as the trustee for the child, in the will?

Property is his self earned property consisting of immovable as well as movable. He has no wife and only one son who pre deceased him, and wish to give away his property to his child as his last will.

He can appoint a truste apart from the executor in the will or he can appoint executor as the truste in the will. Not a big deal and save timie and money, except lawyers fees.

No, my client choose WILL. as he is not prepared to part with the property to the Trustee.
