one of my friends sister is treated badly by a shop keeper in her family. What is the possible punishment he will get if he treated her s*xually.

It depends upon her age. If she is less than 18 years then Pocso act would apply if more than 18 years then IPC would apply which have different provisions of punishment. Feel free to contact at sunayana122@gmail.com for further assistance.
