Will Police Notice affect my Passport/Visa process

Hello there, I have recently been caught by police with my friends on a highway for drink n drive past midnight. We as students just had planned to take a ride on highway and nothing more. No convictions or no other crimes no FIR or whatsoever. Just a notice the police issued us filed under 92(R)KP act. I will be paying fine in the court. Now my main worry and question here is will this notice affect my passport/visa process later? Will this show up on their record(Visa embassys record)? If yes is there a workaround? Please help me understand this as this is the biggest worry for me right now as I am planning for further studies outside India.
