Will power forgery

My grandfather daughter name nagamalli and son name thiyagarajan, Thiyagarajan son Surya

My grandfather gave dhanam settlement to his daughter nagamalli ( my mother) for 1.29 acres on 24/05/2017. Later he gave 'will power' all his property 3 acres ( that 1.29 acre included) to his daughter nagamalli at register office on 25/09/2017 and grandpa died on 31/10/2017

Grandpa son (Thiyagarajan, who is nagamalli Brother) got signature from grandpa on empty document before 2 days grandpa died

thiyagarajan used that empty document signature as grandpa giving will to his Thiyagarajan son Surya using rotary lawyer and did forgery( this forgetation date given as 04/08/2017)

I want to know that forgery 'will power' document becomes legal?

Approach a good lawyer for this case. There are several elements to the crime of forgery, and all must be proven before someone can be found guilty: A person must make, alter, use, or possess a false document. ... A forged signature misrepresents the identity of the person whose will it is, and that has significant legal consequences.

  1. Dhanam of 1.29 acres given on 24 05 2017. How it is given ie. by what type of document.Gift Deed or any other Document
  2. He gave his entire property including the above by Registered Will on 25 09 2017
  3. Will made using a white paper containing your Grand Father's signature is dated as 04 08 2017

There is confusion in your query regarding Thyagarajan getting signature on white paper on 29 10 2017 (two days before Grandfather expired) and you inform "this forgetation date given as 04/08/2017" which may be that the white paper with signature was filled with Will contents and dated 04 08 2017.

Going by the plain dates of each document as given in the query, even if the alleged forged Will is taken into consideration, the Registered Will is the latest will and it will be valid. Any document prior to it shall not be applicable. In any case, please go to a reliable Lawyer and show all the papers and seek his/her guidance.

Is  the dhanam settlement duly executed and registered? What do you mean by 'Will power'? Was it duly attested?

Consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents for better appreciation of facts (which involve local connotations also), professional advise and necessary proceeding.
