Will probate

The following pertains to the probating of my grandfather and grandmother's joint Will after 40 years. This Will was handwritten by my grandfather and signed by both my grandfather and grandmother.

1. Does a handwritten and signed Will require any witnesses? Though there were two witnesses yet they are all deceased now.

2.The Will itself was signed in "Token Acceptance" by all beneficiaries. So can they now or their heirs contest any portion of the Will?

I am not a lawyer but as far as I know handwriting has to be proven in a handwritten Will. Also by common sense, if Will has been accepted in front of testator, then contesting possibilities are minimal. But again
I am no lawyer.
