Woman right to property

DEAR ALL,

RECENTLY MY FATHER PASSEDAWAY.  HE HOLDS A PROPERTY OF A HOUSE AND A OPEN PLOT.

MY BROTHER AND MY MOTHER ARE BOTH HAND IN GLOVES EACH OTHER AND HIDING THE DOCUMENTS OF MY FATHER'S PROPERTY.  MY MOTHER DO NOT WANT SHARE PROPERTY TO ME AND SHE WANTS TO GIVE ENTIRE PROPERTY TO MY BROTHER ONLY. MY MOTHER IS GETTING HER PENSION AND MY BROTHER DOING HIS BUSINESS AND BOTH ARE HAVING THEIR OWN PROPERTY BUILDINGS STILL THEY WANT TO GRAB MY FATHER'S ENTIRE PROPERTY.  PLS ADV ME HOW TO CLAIM MY SHARE OF MY FATHER PROPERTY AS I DO NOT HAVE ANY DOCUMENTS OR ITS DETAILS WITH ME.

Despite of all efforts of your brother and mother, they cannot stop you to have your 1/3 share out of all properties left by your father. You even without having any details of the documents of those properties can file a civil suit for partition and possession impleading both of them and none can stop you to get the desired share. Law is in your favour.

You are rightful heir of your father's property.

One thing should be described here that you are not demanding something from someone. It's is birth right.

I agree with adv.ram kumar.   But is it your father's property or it is property inherited to your father?
