A friend of mine registered a complaint to comissinor against his daugther's husaband and his family who were demanding dowery from her daugther and they used to beat her. On the first hearing the women cell officers were very much supportive than after the second and corresponding hearing they seems to taking more side and giving more importance to the offender and his family. What should my friend do in this case as he has lost trust in the current women cell officers. Now the offender and his family sit long with the women cell officers and my friend has doubt that they have taken bribe and will not give proper justice to him and her daughter.
Please suggest.what he should do in this case.
