Women Rights in property

Sir,

      My Parents died interstate recently, I have got 2 sisters, my parents have a house in my mothers name In Bangalore Karnataka state  and an small  ancestorl property in Tamil nadu. My sisters are 56 yrs and 47 yrs. Elder sister got married in 1977 and younger one in 1987.

In respect of my mothers house, my mother had  written a registered will in my name two months before her death,and for small ancesotrol porperty no will is there.

a) Do my sisters have right over the property as per Karnataka Amendment Act 1990 please clarify, 

b) If my mothers property has been funded by my grand father then what rights they have ?

c) If the my mothers property is self acuquired what is the position of law?

Since the property stands in the name of your mother, it is deemed to be the property of her own. In such self acquired property, all the legal heirs will have equal share
