hi I am Lokesh, staying in Bangalore with parents, I got appointed as delivery executive in quikr in Dec 15th 2017 and working till Jan 28th 2018.
the mistake What I did is?
1 when I was working one fine day my cousin got expired I got a call and went home directly without permission. informed them in night by 9pm saying that my cousin got expired and took 3 days of continuous leave for 3 days, after all went for the office they took letter from me
2 one day I was not well I called for team leader and said I am not well I can't work today and asked for the leave they said no so I was working suddenly got much stomach pain and left for the home withoit saying then they 2nd letter
3 every thing was fine but they have provied me 2 T-shirt
one was gone by rat biting and one more was put for washing so i went in uniform they said ur fired.
I requested and I cried also but they didn't say anything. if I go and if I ask mY salarie they are saying that ur absconding
