A writ petition was filed against Revenue department in AP High Court by a group (16 in number) of members, and is now interlocutory. Now another group of (15 in number) people want to file a Writ Petition for the same cause and are going to approach the same Advocate to plead their case also. Will it be treated as separate writ or can be clubbed at this stage? How this can be treated by the COURTS and The ADVOCATE?
