writing a letter to High court judge

Good Morning Respected Panelist,

I would like to write a letter to the Judge of High court as a reply to the miscellaneous petition filed in the high court.
I have not been issued with any notice to appear in the high court.
The idea of me writing the letter to High court judge is to inform about the merits of the case so that it become easy for the judge to comprehend the case in entirety.
There are absolute Chance of the miscellaneous petition to be rejected by default as it doesn't warrant any merit and the entire idea is to cause harassment. The misc petition is moved against the decree passed by the lower court.

I would solicit the opinion and suggestions of the experts to address my concern.

Regards,
Ankur

That is not the right way, just appear in case through your lawyer and press for dismissal upon the grounds if so.

However if you have any complaint from the service section you lodge it before the registrar.
