Written arguments

Hi all,

Iam the wife and appellant in DVC appeal in MSJ Court.

Please advice me on the following matters:

  1. Can I file written arguments?
  2. Is oral argument compulsory?
  3. If I can file written arguments, are signature of advocate compulsory or can I sign and file the arguments?
  4. What you recommend, oral or written or both?

Please help me in this regard.

It is highly advisable to file written arguments though one is expected to argue orally.

Filing written arguments have lot of advantages when compared to arguing orally.

signatures of counsel and litigant are necessary.
