Written proof : 498a

My wife has filed false 498A against me . She is sucidal and tried suicide lot of times . My wife once threatened me of suicide with knife and forced me to write some stuff. I had written some stuff  . I dont remember what I wrote cause its been more than a year . But there might be some negative stuff about marriage and out relation like may be "I regret this marriage " . Do you think that can be used as a proof against me in court ? I have some recordings of her abusing me . Can I use that as proof ?

Yes your recordings are proof, and the document which you wrote and signed is also proof.

even if you did not sign the matter still it is proof as long as it is your handwriting and in her custody.  Feel sorry for you.

But do not treat this as dead end.

If you did not sign it then you can vigorously contest its admissibility as evidence.
