Wrog complaint given by girl in poloce station

What we shoud do if a 20yr old girl wrongly file police complaint against my father for abuseing her,

we have audio recorded proof that she is accepting that my father was not touch her and she change her statment that in future he will do so ?

Please give suggetion in this

You should also file a well drafted police complaint against the girl and make sure that all the legal requisites which form part of a pre emptive complaint are mentioned in it . Also file a suit for damages on account of defamation against the girl.

                         As you stated that you already have the proof , when you have the proof you can go and filea complaint against that girl under various provisions of the I.P.C and in case the police denies TAKING YOUR COMPLAINT YOU CAN ALWAYS APPRAOCH THE HON'BLE COURTS AND FILE A PRIVATE COMPLAINT BEFORE THE COURTS SEEKING DIRECTION TO THE POLICE TO REGISTER A CASE AND INVESTIGATE THE MATTER.

Dear Rakesh ,

 

                    If you have the proof appraoch the concerned police station and filea case against that girl and in case the police denies taking action against the girl , you can always approach the Hion'ble Court's and file a private complaint  seeking direction to the police to register a case and investigate the matter.
