My Mother in law filed against FIR and Case is on Trail stage, Now P.W. 3 name was wrongly mentioned in charge sheet and Cr.P.C 161(3) Statement and other witness statements. Now Affidavit was filed from The Inspector of Police and APP, Now P.W. 3 witness yet to chief in exam and cross.
What should i do, any advantage for me , and any counter reply i have to give,
Kindly suggest me sir,
I am Party-in-person for this case,
