As posted by you ther are unions and unions and Placement Officer is responsible.

They can act in your matter as well.

If it can happen to a passout from NIT then what shall be the fate of candidates that are passouts from colleges having lower ranks.

The hard work of student and struggle of parents goes waste due to unscruplous employers.

The interaction with responsible union leaders, labor law consultant, forums, and even certification in law course shall make community of employees properly informed.

Mr.Sudhir Sir and Mr. Kumar Doab Sir ,

Thank you for giving helpful advice and encouragement.

And Mr. Sudhir sir, i argued, but my purpose was not to insult experts but to test out my contentions. With your help and discussion and argument like these, they got more sharp. Like gold becomes flamboyant after passing through fire.

@Compilance Indeed a helpful discussion. Thanks to experts.

But I still maintain that :-

  1. you have no gound for suing the institute.
  2. you can land in defamation case.

You have posted that you have discussed the matter to your satisfaction and attain satisfactory level of understanding.

Recheck with your own able counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters and understand all options, rmedies and merits in each.

Your counsel can also opine if Contesting order of termination can be defamation or not.

Your counsel may examine and opine that you are covered by the Shops & Estbs Act

Right, thank you..

1. You can challenge the termination if you have proper documents to show that you have been illegally terminated (which I think you have). But it will be time consuming as well as expensive affair. Since you have been appointed in 2016 only, then your tenure is very short and even if you win, the benefit will not be much. However, it is entirely upto you to decide.

2. Regarding your pracelement from college, I do not think you can legally compell them to allow you another opportunity for placement.

As advised earlier, consult a lawyer with all your documents for better advice.
