Xparty divorce intimation ?

Hello sir,

I was married in 2010, girl stayed with me for 1 month and has no marriage relation ship also created hell lot of problems she never came to me in this 5 years. When exchanged with notices she has put all false claims like dowry, medical bills.....etcIllegally demanding huge money for getting divorced, so i filed case after waiting for 2+ years. court has sent multiple notices which she refused the acknowledgments and never attended the court. So In xparty divorce case, the lady(respondent) has not appeared the court for around 2.6 years. when the court issues decree for divorce for petetioner, will the respondent (girl) be intimated ? I'm tired and i have already lost my personal life ,please suggest me what to do.

The court would definitely intimate the respondent that's the case is going to be decided ex Parte and if still no response then the court would proceed

Yes. The court will pass a decree expartae. It will be communicated to the respondent as well. In case u havent appointed an advocate Engage advocate as ur case can get disposed off expartae.

The Court shall proceed with ex-parte hearing. No intimation is given to the other party once summons is served, service means either acceptance of summons or refusal of summons

You better file  your affidavit of evidence alongwith all documents and witnesses's affidavits
