You can do LLB 5 years from a private college nearby Delhi i.e. ghaziabad/Greater Noida attached to CCS University, Meerut.

Your age is a barrier to you doing this course from a reputed university. In Delhi, the best university by far, for BA LLB is National Law University, Delhi. Then, come a group of IP colleges located in various places and Campus Law Centre, DU.

But since you're 31, you should probably go for the Meerut college option.
