Respected gentlemen,
i live in gated society of row houses. we have two fiber net providers, Airtel and other, who have laid underground cabling as per the rwa laws. ACT on the other hand has refused to do the underground cabling coz of the costs involved and had been going around laying overhead cables using the house's terraces or the backyard sheds they have created or the street light poles. recently they pulled a cable over my back yard over the shed that I erected for drying cloths and used the supporting rods as pole and tied his cable too. I was not at home at this time. on contacting the representative he says he will not remove and told me to contact the ACT support instead. now he doesn't lift my call.
please advice what steps I can take to remove this? can I cut this since this is trespassing?
