Dear All ,
I am B.Tech, but working in real estate field for 3+yrs. During those years i realised the potential of a real estate legal advisor ( a persont who verifies the agreement, assists client on property buying and selling, does agreement etc.) .
Now I have few questions ..
1) If i do MBL from NLSIU, is it practically possible for me to get clients ?
2) If i do MBL , does it cover the real estate , export import law ?
3) Can i give advice to the new business owners regarding business law ?
Above all what i really want to know - is it possible in real time senario that people will come to me and pay some fees for my advice ? how much credibility i will have as a law year ? and wehther i will become a law year at all after doing this distance education course ?
If these things goes well I want to do a full time MBA from a reputed collge and want to advice people specially on property business and export import ...
