Advice on company registration

First find out the Company registered office for your area. You can find out in the internet, and for a person like you based in Hyderabad, it should not be difficult. You have to prepare memorandum of association, article of association etc, but first visit the company registered office, they will guide you. Better engage a company lawyer in Hyderabad.

You need to register your company or (an LLP if you have one in mind) with ROC.

Brief steps for Pvt Ltd Co :

a. Apply for Director Identification Number ( DIN )

b. List out 6 potential names that you have in mind.

c. List / write up on business of the company.

d. Proceed to prepare MOA, AOA and proceed with incorporation using SPICe form.

e. Alternatively, you can reserve your name using step 3 and filing INC form for reservation of name and once approved go ahead with Step d.
